Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to support their operations in the Ontario, Quebec and Maritime provinces. As a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, client offers digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment as well as dental software integration services to dental labs and dentists.

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Representative is responsible for the maximum sales profitability, growth and account saturation of all client products within a shared territory of Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record in a professional sales as well as knowledge of the dental lab and digital dentistry market and be based out of the Toronto area.

Often the first point of contact, the Sales Representative plays an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. Effective communication and ability to build rapport are essential skills for this position.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential sales opportunities by approaching new clients/dental labs and staying up to date on market research

· Maintain a high level of communication between the sales team and operations

· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity

· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts

· Maintain and build upon existing book of business by providing exceptional customer service

· Attend trade shows and represent client in a professional and welcoming manner

· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge

· Analyze the territory/market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective value to the organization

· Build trusted strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

· Strong drive, ambition, and dependability

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Passion for sales and effective relationship building abilities

· Financial competency

· Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn

· Good analytical and decision making skills

· Proven sales success and professional selling skills

· 5 years of outside sales experience – dental industry preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or associated discipline

· Ability to communicate in the French language is valued
